Movie Cars Display Opens at Virginia Museum of Transportation
At the Star City Motor Madness 10th Anniversary Celebration Party, the Automotive Gallery at the Virginia Museum of Transportation will unveil a new exhibit of cars used in movies and television.
The cars are The General Lee stunt car #5 from the "Dukes of Hazzard" movie, the Boss Hog Cadillac used in the "Dukes of Hazzard" movie, the 1950 Mercury in the Sylvester Stallone movie, “Cobra”, the taxi from the movie “Taxi,” the promotional vehicle from the movie “Ghostbusters” and the Ford Gran Torino from the TV series "Starsky and Hutch."
The 10th Annivesary Celebration Party is open to the public. There is a $10 admission and one must be 21 or older. See the "Events" page for more details.
